
Prabhat Mani Mishra
The founder of the Kashi Mandir School mr. Prabhat Mani Mishra was born in 1978 to extreme poverty. At the age of two he lost his father. His hobby is: serve and help other people and their children, so he decided to help the less fortunate children of to-day.
Training
As mr Mishra grew up he worked extremely hard to obtain a decent education.
He worked and paid for his own training and he obtained his degree of Bachelor of Science in Biology. After that he started the school for the rural children of Old-Khajuraho. He works himself as unpaid teacher in his own school. For his living he earns some money by teaching children from wealthier background in the evening. Mr Mishra achieved his Master Degree Social Worker in 2013.
Recruitment
In the hottest time of the year (may/june) mr. Mishra personally visits families in the country-side on his bike. He tries to persuade and convince parents of the need of a proper school-training for their children.
Most of the parents do want to sent their children to the school but the money is the problem: that is why the parents pay only a modest schoolfee.
